The emergence of SPK

The SPK Real Estate was founded in 2007, when the Spacov Real Estate felt the need to expand it's activities. Today SPK Real Estate is responsible for the adminstration and construction of real estate new realeases in Florianópolis and it's become the turning point for the preservation of the natural resources and a better quality of life.

This the continuation of a successful history of credibility and efficiency that builts a relationship of satifacticion and trust between SPK and it's clients.

About Yuri Spacov

Born in São Paulo, Yuri Spacov lived in São Bernardo do Campo for 26 years. He’s been working in the segment of purchasing, selling, constructing/building and administrating properties since 1995 at the Greater São Paulo region. He is graduated in Business Management in 1992 with a MBS in Administration of Business in 2003.

After living in the United States where he attended to a Marketing and Finances specialization course in 1999, he moved to Florianópolis seeking a better quality of life for his family. Yuri has ever since been prospecting for himself and for his customers’ new horizons and business opportunity.

Licensed to work in the real estate and building industry segment, with the Quatro Engenheiros Associados Company, he develops a service that is synonymous of satisfaction and reliability.
