Present in the island since 1999, SPACOV Enterprise deals with the building industry, the building administration and the implementation of condominium projects in Florianópolis and region.

Its portfolio features superb residences in the prime location of Lagoa da Conceição Bay, a lodge at the Lagoa’s centre and the implementation of condominium projects in Florianópolis and in the mountain range of Santa Catarina.
