The emergence of SPK

The SPK Real Estate was founded in 2007, when the Spacov Real Estate felt the need to expand it's activities. Today SPK Real Estate is responsible for the adminstration and construction of real estate new realeases in Florianópolis and it's become the turning point for the preservation of the natural resources and a better quality of life.

This the continuation of a successful history of credibility and efficiency that builts a relationship of satifacticion and trust between SPK and it's clients.

Durch Yuri Spacov

In São Paulo geboren, lebte Yuri Spacov während 26 Jahre in São Bernardo do Campo. Seit 1995 ist er tätig im Bereich Kauf, Verkauf, Bau und Immobilienverwaltung im so-genannten ABC (St. André, S. Barnardo do Campo) um São Paulo. Yuri Spacov ist diplomiert in Unternehmungsführung durch die Faculdade Alvares Penteado – São Paulo (1992) mit MBA durch die Fundação Getúlio Vargas – Rio de Janeiro (2003).

Nach einem Aufenthalt in den Vereinigten Staaten von Amerika, wo er sich in Marketing und Finanzen spezialisierte, zog Yuri nach Florianópolis, welche eine bessere Lebensqualität bietet.

Akkreditiert zur Arbeit mit Immobilien und Bau, führt er zusammen mit der Firma Quatro Engenheiros Associados (Vier Partner-Ingenieure) eine Arbeit aus, die eine vollständige Zufriedenheit seiner Kunden gewährleistet.
